01 / THE PROJECT

Pintec delivered a heating renewal package at Hayes Primary School in Bromley, stripping out the old cast-iron radiators and replacing over 100 radiators across the school, including low surface temperature (LST) units.

The scope combined new heating distribution pipework and radiator connections with a plate heat exchanger and pump installation in the plant room. The works were completed over the summer holidays.

Installation of a plate heat exchanger and pump as part of the heating works.

The summer holiday programme brought together radiator strip-out, replacement pipework, new radiators and plant-room works within the school break.

The photographs show different installation stages, from exposed copper pipework and LST units with their covers removed to enclosed pipe routes and connected radiators.
