01 / THE PROJECT

Seven Floors.
First Fix to Final Connections.

Pintec delivered the domestic water, drainage and gas installation for the refurbishment of 150–152 Fenchurch Street into a 33-bedroom aparthotel.

The labour-only package for the M&E contractor covered distribution pipework, separate kitchen and WC drainage stacks, a vent riser and gas services to rooftop water heaters, followed by bathroom and kitchenette second fix.

Pipework through the building, rooftop connections and the final bathroom and kitchenette installations.

Our capabilities

Domestic Water Distribution

Multilayer composite press-fit pipework serving guest bathrooms and kitchenettes, with corridor mains routed in basket containment.

Drainage & Vent Riser

Separate kitchen and WC stacks in 82 mm and 110 mm pipework, solvent-weld drainage and a 160 mm HDPE vent riser.

Meter to Roof Gas Services

Gas pipework from the meter to the rooftop water heaters, including the final heater connections.

Bathroom & Kitchenette Second Fix

Installation of sanitaryware, showers, sinks and taps, with final water and waste connections.

03 / INSTALLATION

Room by Room.
Floor by Floor.

First fix progressed from the upper floors, with room installations and corridor mains carried out alongside one another. Sanitaryware installation followed from the upper floors down.

Room drainage was isolated and tested as the works progressed. QA documentation was signed and witnessed by the M&E contractor and main contractor, with coordination across first fix, return visits and second fix.
