Pintec Group is delivering the Public Health and Mechanical pipework package for the Southend NHS Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC), providing essential domestic services and mechanical distribution to support the facility’s clinical operation.
The project is being delivered in phases, with Phase 1 now complete and operational, serving members of the public. Our works include domestic hot and cold water services, above-ground drainage, and mechanical pipework including LTHW and chilled water services serving FCUs, AHUs, and MRI equipment, alongside second-fix sanitaryware installations and final connections across washrooms and staff facilities.
