Pintec carried out the plumbing, heating and drainage installations for this new care home in Whitstable. Working on a labour-only basis, we were initially engaged by the M&E contractor and later worked directly for the main contractor.
The development includes 101 en-suite bedrooms, communal assisted bathrooms, day care facilities, a hair and beauty salon, medical care rooms and staff facilities. Our installation package included stainless steel press pipework as part of the building services works.
