01 / THE PROJECT
Building Services.
Supporting Player Recovery.
Crystal Palace Football Academy’s rehabilitation centre brings together training, treatment and recovery facilities in Beckenham. The building includes a gym, medical rehabilitation centre, swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, plunge pool and classrooms.
Appointed on a labour-only basis by the M&E contractor, Pintec carried out the plumbing, heating and drainage installations, together with the new plant room. Our package covered the building services installation within a facility designed around the demands of player rehabilitation.
The plant room formed a key part of Pintec’s work, extending our installation scope beyond the occupied spaces into the building’s mechanical infrastructure.
